Job Title: IIQ- SailPoint Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and implement IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and integration of complex enterprise identity workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ components such as workflows, provisioning, connectors, rules, and forms.
• Develop custom SailPoint rules using BeanShell/Java to support identity lifecycle management.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications (HR systems, directories, databases, cloud services, etc.).
• Perform role engineering, access certifications, SOD configuration, and policy management.
• Handle debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of identity processes.
• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of the SailPoint platform.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless onboarding of applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and deployment artifacts.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Experience in developing custom connectors, workflows, and provisioning rules.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts – Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC, SOD, Access Cert, Governance.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Databases.
• Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for identity integration.
