Required Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong expertise in Java and Python for backend development
Proven experience in designing and building APIs, web applications, and microservices
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and scalable architecture
Experience with databases, version control, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ACBS, AFS, and Corporate/Commercial Lending systems
Familiarity with the financial services domain and related technologies
