Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience managing cross-location teams, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, work-breakdown planning, and effective resource allocation across multiple pods.
• Proven experience delivering projects in an Agile environment, including leading Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, Daily SCRUMs, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Strong ability to collaborate with development leads and business stakeholders to remove delivery impediments, resolve issues, and manage delays through proactive communication and coordination.
• Ability to facilitate technical analysis, review requirement specifications with business partners, and ensure requirements are accurately captured and maintained in JIRA.
• Experience creating clear and comprehensive Confluence knowledge articles, supporting multiple teams across application platforms.
• Ensure JIRA boards, workflows, and logs are well-organized to provide both granular task visibility and high-level management reporting.
