Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Central FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and advanced proficiency in Excel. Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of financial planning and analysis within the Central FP&A team
• Manage headcount planning, contractor spend, discretionary expenses, and related accruals
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights and support decision-making
• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial summaries
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial deliverables
• Cisco Finance experience is highly preferred
