Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backstage.io Technical Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s internal developer portal to improve developer productivity, streamline workflows, and standardize engineering practices.
This role requires strong architectural leadership, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on development experience with the Backstage platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture & Management: Lead the design and architecture of the Backstage developer portal, ensuring scalability, performance, and extensibility.
• Customization & Integration: Develop and integrate custom Backstage plugins, APIs, and components tailored to organizational needs.
• Developer Experience (DevEx) Automation: Enhance developer workflows through automation, self-service capabilities, and standardized tooling.
• Collaboration & Governance: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices, governance standards, and onboarding frameworks for Backstage adoption.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and troubleshooting for Backstage-related initiatives.
