Job Summary:


Provide technical support for end-users by resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues. Ensure smooth IT operations through troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely incident resolution.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory / Office 365.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
  • Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and security patches.
  • Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and follow up for timely closure.
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires (system setup, access provisioning).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer service.
