Location : Remote

Role Overview:
The Okta Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta. This role involves building secure authentication flows, integrating applications with Okta, developing automation for lifecycle management, and supporting enterprise-level identity governance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Okta Workforce Identity, Okta Identity Engine (OIE), and related modules.
• Integrate SaaS and on-prem applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and API-based provisioning.
• Develop custom logic using Okta Workflows, hooks, inline scripts, and Okta APIs.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and attribute management.
• Configure and maintain SSO, MFA policies, conditional access, and authentication policies.
• Build automation for identity processes using Okta API, serverless functions, or scripting (Python/Node.js preferred).
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and integration issues across environments.
