o    Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — create test plans, manage validation, and ensure alignment with defined criteria.

o    Support training and change management activities for new system rollouts.

o    Evaluate implemented solutions through post-implementation reviews.

o    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and backlog refinement.

o    Liaise with security and privacy teams to conduct Threat Risk Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments.

o    Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements under the Land Titles Act.

o    Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

o    Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.
