Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java to drive end-to-end test automation initiatives for enterprise-level banking applications. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to Banking domain, with Wealth Management experience being a strong advantage. You will lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, test planning, execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automation test strategies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG/JUnit.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, QA team, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met throughout SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot failures, and optimize automation performance.
• Coordinate test planning, estimations, progress reporting, and defect triage.
• Mentor junior QA automation engineers and ensure best practices in automation delivery.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in QA and Test Automation.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Test/QA/Automation Lead
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience with frameworks such as TestNG, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git.
• Deep understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile delivery, and CI/CD automation.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Wealth Management / Capital Markets domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to API Testing (REST Assured / Postman / SoapUI).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with BDD Frameworks (Cucumber/SpecFlow).
