Role: SAP Syniti MDM Consultant
Location: Remote (3 days in a month at Salisbury, MD to client location)
Job Description-
· 10 - 12 Years of overall experience in MDM including Syniti
· Oversees end-to-end delivery of Syniti MDM services, ensuring platform stability and SLA compliance.
· Coordinates with enterprise teams for integration with SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and other connected systems.
· Leads incident triage, and resolution tracking across L2/L3 support.
· Manages service reporting, operational dashboards, and governance metrics.
· Drives continuous improvement initiatives and minor enhancements aligned to business priorities.
