Role: Product Owner

Location: Mississauga, ON - Onsite

15+ years of experience
Able to manage resource who is shared between different assignments
Able to build process which is easier to build metrics from
Experience with Metadata tools, JIRA, Risk Measurement, Reporting, Excel Macro
2-3 years of experience with Python to build the reporting using tracker used to maintain daily progress
Experience with Task prioritization, Task tracking, Progress measurement
Experience with documenting complex requirement, process it to derive tasks for developers, and able to perform delta analysis on new requirements and keep track of it
Report updates by consolidating updates and provide high level view of the metrics and raise Risk to milestone
3-5 years of experience with raise escalation or handle the escalation raised on the team.
Ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders and developers
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
