Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Southlake, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in .NET Core and Angular, with proven expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular (v8 or higher).
• Build responsive and single-page applications (SPAs) leveraging modern web technologies.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration across platforms.
• Implement unit testing (TDD/BDD) practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD integration.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization efforts.
• Work effectively in a hybrid distributed environment, collaborating across teams and time zones

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Angular (8 or newer).
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience developing responsive design and SPA-based applications.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and Dapper (preferred).
• Strong grasp of Agile software development principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in financial or enterprise-grade applications (a plus).
