Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/QA professional with strong experience in Databricks and SQL Server to develop and implement data validation and quality frameworks in a healthcare data environment. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance using Collibra and Great Expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data validation tests for pipelines in Databricks and SQL Server.
• Implement automated data quality checks using Great Expectations and integrate with Collibra.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable data delivery.
• Perform ETL testing, data lineage, and reconciliation for healthcare datasets.
• Identify data quality issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Databricks, SQL Server, and data testing frameworks.
• Strong SQL, Python, and ETL testing expertise.
• Experience with Collibra (data governance) and Great Expectations (data validation).
• Healthcare data standards knowledge (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) preferred.
