Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP BODS Consultant to lead data integration, ETL development, data migration, and transformation efforts across enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) and strong understanding of data warehousing, SAP ECC/S4 data structures, and end-to-end data pipeline solutions.

Candidates with experience working in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or supply-chain environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and optimize ETL workflows using SAP BODS.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, cleansing, mapping, and loading from multiple source systems into SAP and non-SAP targets.
• Create and maintain data migration strategies, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, business teams, and SAP technical teams to understand data models and requirements.
• Perform data profiling, gap analysis, and performance tuning for large-scale datasets.
• Support integrations across SAP ECC/S4HANA, Data Warehouse, Cloud platforms, APIs, and external data systems.
• Provide guidance and best practices for data governance, validation, and reconciliation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in data integration & ETL development.
• 7-9+ years hands-on experience with SAP BODS (Designer, Data Services Management Console, Job Server, Repository, etc.).
• Strong expertise in SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD, Master Data, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data warehouse architectures and enterprise data management.
• Ability to manage complex data migration projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Supply Chain environments.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/BI, DataSphere, or HANA Modeling.
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
