  • Hands-on experience in defining the Test Strategy & Plan for the Success Factors implementation program- especially in Onboarding and Recruitment modules with 15 plus years of experience
  • Proven experience in delivering large SuccessFactors Testing, ERP programs
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors architecture.
  • Strong experience in defect management and use of defect tracking tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Track, Monitor & Report test metrics-Daily, Weekly & Monthly
  • Good exposure in complete testing cycle including various phases ST, SIT, E2E, UAT support
  • Experience in Manage team offshore / onsite and test delivery & review the deliverables
  • Escalation Management
  • Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Work in a multi-vendor environment to manage & deliver test activities
  • Good understanding of Automation used for ERP
