Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/NLP Engineer to design, implement, and optimize intelligent language-driven solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Databricks, LLM frameworks, and modern NLP techniques to build scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate NLP and LLM-based applications using frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
• Implement Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Search, Speech) for real-world business use cases.
• Utilize Databricks for model orchestration, pipeline development, and foundational model integration.
• Work with offline open-weight models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for secure enterprise deployments.
• Design technical architectures for data engineering pipelines supporting AI/ML workflows.
• Integrate and experiment with Claude API, OpenAI, and other advanced language models.
• Optimize data processing using SQL Server and Databricks Delta for feature engineering and model training.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to deploy AI models at scale.
• Implement best practices in model governance, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, NLP frameworks, and AI infrastructure technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with NLP, LangChain, and data frameworks).
• Proven experience with Azure AI Services and Databricks environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for data integration and analysis.
• Familiarity with Claude API and OpenAI APIs for conversational AI solutions.
• Knowledge of offline open-weight model deployment and fine-tuning.
• Experience designing data engineering architectures for AI/ML use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
