Experience Level:

• L1 Developer: 3–4 years of .NET full stack development experience
• L2 Developer: 5–7 years of experience with proven ability to lead small modules or mentor others

About the Role:

We are seeking talented .NET Full Stack Developers at both L1 (3–4 years) and L2 (5–7 years) levels who can work across front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidates will be proficient in C#, .NET 5, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, TestScript, and React/Redux, with strong experience deploying and managing solutions in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using .NET 5 and ReactJS.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain Azure PaaS SQL databases.
• Implement modern, responsive UI components using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise for source control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• (For L2) Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux
• Backend: C#, .NET 5, RESTful Web API
• Database: Azure PaaS SQL
• Source Control & DevOps: Azure DevOps / GitHub Enterprise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and PaaS offerings.
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
