Job Description:
Seeking a skilled PMO Manager to establish and manage project governance, processes, and standards across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery frameworks, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and support project managers through tools, templates, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMO policies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee project portfolio performance, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure project alignment with business strategy and governance standards.
- Provide program status reports and executive dashboards for leadership.
- Support project managers with tools, templates, and mentoring.
- Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement and maturity of PMO processes.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management with 3+ years in a PMO leadership role.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, and risk management.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMO certification preferred.
