About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale programs that support strategic business goals. You’ll work across teams to ensure alignment, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

· Develop detailed project and program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Coordinate and manage multiple interdependent projects within a program.

· Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

· Monitor and track program progress and proactively address issues or risks.

· Communicate program status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership.

· Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Implement and refine best practices in project/program management.
