4+ years of experience in desktop or technical support roles.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, Intune, or similar).
