Job Title: Linux Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Linux-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and performance of systems across development, test, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or SUSE).
· Manage user accounts, permissions, file systems, and system security.
· Perform regular system updates, patches, and kernel upgrades.
· Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to Linux systems.
· Manage cron jobs, automation scripts, and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
· Implement and monitor backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.
· Configure and maintain web servers (Apache, Nginx), database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and application servers.
· Collaborate with DevOps, network, and security teams for deployments and system improvements.
· Ensure system hardening and compliance with security policies.
