Job Title: Palantir Data Engineer or, combination of Python/SQL/Pyspark

Location: Dallas, TX (Day 1 Onsite) – 5 days a week onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Data Support & Operations Specialist to provide real-time support, troubleshoot data and UI/UX issues, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, and documenting solutions to build a robust knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• New Data Ingestion
• UI/UX Changes
• Data Quality and Integrity
• Adhoc Business Requests
• Collaborate with Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, Officer Support, and data teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement.
• Support AI Agent Foundry initiatives as bandwidth allows, contributing to AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing robust ETLs and maintaining high data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technology teams.
• Highly collaborative, coachable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience with data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX troubleshooting is a plus.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools or platforms is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

• SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks, Azure
• Experience with Palantir is a plus
