About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust and scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend, with a strong focus on Microservices architecture.

You will lead a team of developers, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence in our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using React, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior/mid-level developers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on support.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Drive CI/CD practices, unit testing, and automated testing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend and backend technologies.
