Job Title: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect

Location: Remote / Minneapolis, MN

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect to lead and execute OTM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing business processes, configuring OTM modules, integrating with Oracle and WMS systems, and guiding project teams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end transportation management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle OTM Cloud implementations and related transportation projects.
Design and configure OTM modules following industry best practices.
Conduct gap analysis and map system capabilities to business requirements.
Oversee all solution activities including testing, validation, and documentation.
Train key users and mentor onsite/offshore project teams.
Support integration with WMS systems such as HighJump or Oracle WMS Cloud.
Provide functional input for Oracle Applications, including procurement and supply chain modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of total IT experience, with 10+ years in Oracle OTM implementations.
Proven hands-on experience with Oracle OTM Cloud.
Strong functional and process design expertise in transportation and logistics.
Ability to lead and guide both technical and functional teams effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Deep understanding of distribution and logistics industry processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience integrating Oracle Applications with OTM.
Knowledge of procurement and related Oracle SCM modules.
