We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to lead implementation and support initiatives across our global business operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM, particularly in EPBCS and FCCS, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Lead and support end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
Design, configure, and manage solutions in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) preferred.
Collaborate effectively with CXO-level executives to drive strategic discussions and deliver business outcomes.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Coordinate project delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment and timely completion.
Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
15+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support.
Proven expertise in EPBCS and FCCS; ARCS knowledge a strong plus.
Experience in managing large-scale, multi-regional teams and projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in ITIL framework and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
