Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hypercare Lead to manage post-go-live support for key IT and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and seamless user adoption during the Hypercare phase.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Hypercare activities post go-live across business units
· Manage and track issues, incidents, and resolutions
· Coordinate with support teams (IT, business, vendors) for quick fixes
· Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
· Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures
· Document lessons learned and transition to steady-state support
Requirements:
· Proven experience leading Hypercare or Post-Go-Live Support
· Strong understanding of ERP/CRM/EDI system landscapes
· Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
· Analytical mindset with ability to resolve issues under pressure
· ITIL or similar certification is a plus
