Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning framework.

• Build and integrate REST APIs and manage batch processes.

• Create and optimize reports/dashboards to support business needs.

• Manage deployments using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines with Azure repositories.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Service Cloud and Health Cloud features.

• Ensure performance tuning and best practices in Salesforce architecture.

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce applications.
  
  Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, REST API, and integrations.

• Experience with Service Cloud & Health Cloud.

• Hands-on with SFDX deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy domain is a plus.

• Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.

Required Skills
