Job Title: Test Automation Engineer
Location: Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA
Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath automation testing and experience automating desktop applications. This role requires both technical excellence and leadership capabilities in automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using UiPath Test Automation Suite
• Automate testing for desktop applications and related tools
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Utilize other automation tools such as UFT for cross-tool testing
• Lead test automation initiatives, mentor junior team members, and provide technical guidance
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and implement corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in UiPath automation testing
• Strong knowledge of Desktop Tools-related testing automation
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Automation Suite
• Experience with UFT or other test automation tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent team player with leadership capabilities

Preferred:

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of QA best practices and Agile methodologies
