We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to manage and guide our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
Review code, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards and quality guidelines are met.
Drive the adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
Identify technical risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of software projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with software development frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a remote or onsite development team.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
