We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource utilization.
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation for compliance, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in a relevant domain.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
