We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead our QA and quality engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive quality strategy, processes, and initiatives across software development and delivery. This role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
Define and implement QA processes, strategies, and best practices.
Drive automation frameworks and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Review test plans, test cases, and defect reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Monitor key quality metrics, generate reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Identify gaps in quality processes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in QA/quality engineering, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in managing remote or distributed QA teams.
