We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Lead (QA Lead) to oversee and manage our software quality assurance processes in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep expertise in testing methodologies, and hands-on experience with automation and manual testing. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring best practices in testing processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Drive automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing efficiency.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
Provide clear QA metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile, and QA standards.
Champion continuous improvement in testing and quality practices.

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage remote teams effectively.
