Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with of hands-on experience in SAP ECC environments to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ABAP development, performance optimization, and the ability to work closely with functional teams across the OTC (Order to Cash), SCE (Supply Chain Execution), RTR (Record to Report), and MDT (Master Data) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate functional specifications into technical specifications and detailed design documents.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP solutions, enhancements, reports (ALV), interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects) in the SAP ECC environment.
• Perform advanced ABAP debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Work across modules such as OTC, SCE, RTR, and MDT, ensuring seamless business process integration.
• Ensure all development adheres to Cardinal Health’s design, coding, naming, and documentation standards.
• Participate in and support code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to clean coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
• Follow Cardinal Health’s change control and transport management processes.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work independently or within cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall project settings.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.
