Job Title: AWS Infrastructure Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions. The role involves leading cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee migration of applications, databases, and workloads to AWS.
• Implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Ensure best practices for security, networking, and monitoring in AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps, architecture, and application teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers.
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of AWS services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 11+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with 4+ years in AWS Cloud.
• Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, etc.).
• Proficiency with Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD, and automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and compliance.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred).
