Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Architect with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and leading automation frameworks and strategies for enterprise-scale environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud environments, and modern test tools, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability across complex ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement automation architecture and frameworks across applications, platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Drive automation strategy, roadmap, and governance to ensure scalability and reusability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate, select, and implement automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, etc.) as per business needs.
• Ensure automation covers functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to align automation initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize frameworks, and ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in test automation architecture.
• Strong expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, Appium or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of API automation (Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
• Experience in cloud-native test environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing automation.
• Strong background in Agile/DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation frameworks.
• Exposure to RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for test environments.
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
