Job Title: Salesforce Support Engineer

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and user assistance for our Salesforce platform. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, supporting end-users, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth operations of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, addressing technical issues, access requests, and data-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CRM, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Perform data management tasks, including imports, updates, deduplication, and validation.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices in a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Admins on bug fixes, enhancements, and release deployments.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and organizational standards.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Salesforce Development or vendor support teams when required.
