We are specifically looking for a Release Manager with experience in IT infrastructure and data centers, along with PMP certification
7+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong background in overseeing multi-million-dollar projects in the technology services and consulting space.
Expertise in managing complex infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformations for global clients.
Proven experience working with Fortune 500 companies across various industries, such as Retail, Telecom, IT, Banking, and Manufacturing.
Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
Previous experience managing vendor relationships, risk management, and resource planning.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to drive project success.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
