About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Sales Leader to lead and scale our high-performing sales team. This role is critical to our continued growth, responsible for building strategic sales plans, managing sales operations, mentoring account executives, and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Forecast revenue and track performance against targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform GTM strategy.
- Team Leadership
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of high-performing Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs for individual and team success.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and improve lead conversion.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to monitor pipeline health and sales metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to inform product roadmap.
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
