Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSO Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow’s Financial Services Operations (FSO) module. The ideal candidate has experience working with financial institutions and a deep understanding of financial workflows such as onboarding, case management, product servicing, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in transforming customer and employee experiences through the implementation of modern, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.
  • Design and automate workflows for financial services such as customer onboarding, account servicing, disputes, claims, KYC, and fraud investigations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from business, operations, risk, and IT to gather and refine requirements.
  • Customize FSO applications to support tailored financial processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making in financial service operations.
  • Provide support for integrations with core banking systems, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
  • Participate in testing, go-live planning, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow FSO roadmap and financial services regulations to guide solution improvements.
