Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring high performance and seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized applications on Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura) and Apex.
• Implement and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize code and processes for scalability, performance, and security.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of data modeling, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps).
• Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AppExchange products.
