Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ESG Analyst to support the integration and optimization of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG frameworks and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly ServiceNow ESG Management, ITSM, GRC, or IRM. This role will play a critical part in digitizing ESG data workflows, automating reporting, and enhancing our ESG performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow ESG Management module to support organizational ESG data collection, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with ESG, IT, and compliance teams to identify ESG-related requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and automated reports to support sustainability and governance initiatives.
• Support integration between ServiceNow and external ESG data providers, reporting platforms, or APIs (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD).
• Ensure ESG data quality, traceability, and audit readiness through proper platform configuration.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the ServiceNow ESG module and related workflows.
• Assist in developing user training and support materials to promote adoption of ESG tools.
• Monitor changes in ESG regulatory requirements and ensure the platform remains compliant and up to date.
