Job Title: Release Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple parallel release environments for our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing 3–5 projects/releases simultaneously, ensuring smooth delivery across UAT, QA, and DevOps environments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work across teams in an Agile environment while aligning with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple environments (UAT, QA, DevOps).
• Coordinate release activities across multiple SaaS projects (3–5 in parallel).
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
• Identify risks and resolve release conflicts or issues proactively.
• Maintain release documentation and track release metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive release readiness reviews, deployment go/no-go meetings, and post-release retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with Agile practices and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Act as the point of contact for release schedules, communications, and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 11+ years of experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong background in managing SaaS application releases.
• Proven experience handling multiple concurrent release environments/projects.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, QA, DevOps processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
