Role- Cyber Security Lead

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cyber Security Lead to manage and support the CyberVault and CyberSense environments, ensuring continuous protection, clean room integrity, and recovery capability in the event of a cyber-attack. This role requires providing 24x7 operational support, managing restoration and testing of recovered assets, and serving as the technical lead for the CyberVault service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for re-establishing connectivity and coordination with the wider team following security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 operational support for CyberVault and CyberSense, including monitoring, incident response, and maintenance.
• Manage the clean room environment, ensuring isolation and integrity of systems used for malware analysis and safe restoration.
• Oversee restoration and destruction of recovered assets as part of cyber resiliency testing and incident response procedures.
• Lead technical efforts for cyber recovery drills, ensuring systems and procedures meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact during cyber incidents, helping to re-establish connectivity and communication between impacted environments and the broader team.
• Drive continuous improvement of cyber recovery processes, tools, and policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of recovery operations, system configurations, and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external cybersecurity standards and policies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior cybersecurity staff and stakeholders.
