Job Description

Job Title: GPP QA Engineer

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Responsibilities:

Design and execute test cases for Finastra Global PayPlus (GPP) payment workflows.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of payment systems.
Validate payment messages (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, cross-border) and ensure compliance.
Analyze logs, trace files, and run SQL queries for defect investigation.
Collaborate with BAs, developers, and middleware teams to resolve issues.
Document defects, track them in JIRA (or similar), and support SIT/UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GPP (Global PayPlus) and payment systems.
Hands-on experience with manual testing, test planning, and execution.
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with SQL queries, Oracle DB, and log analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
