Job Description

Job Title: GPP Business Analyst

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between business users, middleware, and Finastra GPP teams.
Gather, analyse, and document requirements for payment processing workflows.
Support LLD/ILD workshops and contribute to system & interface design discussions.
Work with configuration and functional teams to define business rules, validations, and mapping.
Support SIT/UAT by triaging issues using logs, SQL queries, and test cases.
Ensure alignment of payment flows with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Finastra Global PayPlus (GPP).
Solid understanding of payment systems, SWIFT, RTGS, and cross-border payments.
Hands-on with requirement gathering, functional documentation, and gap analysis.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
