Job Title: Project Manager with PLM, Supply Chain & Bill of Materials (BOM) – Ex Cisco Prefers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Analyst cum Project Manager with hands-on experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain Operations, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of analytical ability, cross-functional coordination, and project leadership to ensure the successful execution of product development, supply chain optimization, and data governance across systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving PLM implementations, supply chain system upgrades, or BOM process optimization.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, IT, Quality, Manufacturing).
• Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management):

• Manage data and workflows within PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle).
• Maintain product data accuracy across lifecycle stages (concept, design, validation, release, end-of-life).
• Assist in configuration, customization, and deployment of PLM systems.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure BOMs and change management processes are correctly captured in the PLM system.

3. Supply Chain & Operations Analysis:

• Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement (cost, lead time, supplier performance).
• Support procurement and inventory planning through accurate BOM and lead time data.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for parts availability, supply planning, and logistics.
• Provide data-driven insights for sourcing decisions, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
