Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Technical Lead with strong expertise in Low-Code/No-Code platforms (Mendix preferred), Python/Java, SQL, and solid experience in the Asset/Trade domain. The candidate must possess excellent business communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Mendix or other Low-Code/No-Code platforms.

• Work hands-on with Python/Java and SQL for backend integrations and data management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Provide domain expertise in Asset/Trade Management to drive business-focused solutions.

• Ensure timely project delivery with high quality and performance standards.

• Communicate effectively with global teams, clients, and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 8–12 years in IT, with at least 4+ years in Technical Lead roles.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in Mendix / Low-Code / No-Code platforms.

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL.

  • Strong knowledge of Asset/Trade Domain.

  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.

Work Environment:

• Remote with occasional on-site at WTC, New York.

• Contract-based role with client-facing responsibilities.
