Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite from Day 1)
Employment Type: Contract

Note: Architect-level certifications are preferred but not required. The client is seeking a strong technical resource who can step into a lead role and drive Salesforce solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce technical resources, fostering their professional and technical growth.
• Translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure system performance, quality, and reliability by actively participating in planning, code reviews, and system testing.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, integration approaches, and deployment considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in APEX, Visual force, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative features and integration capabilities.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are strongly preferred (not mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with proven success managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
