Experience Required
1. Extensive knowledge of Stored Procedures, Packages, Views, Performance tuning, Unix shell scripting.
2. Knowledge of informatica workflows, designer and repository manager
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work on ITSM tool - Service Now, Azure DevOps
2. Daily Operations - ADO User stories, Solving L2/L3 level tickets and service requests.
3. New Development - planning, design, and development and deployment experience
4. Troubleshoot issues and outages and provide RCA.
