Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. You will work closely with developers, testers, and product managers in an Agile environment to build scalable and robust test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Microsoft Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python).
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with developers and manual testers to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Perform root cause analysis of failed test cases and assist in debugging.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings.
• Advocate for test automation best practices and maintain test documentation.
